Since CO2 is now considered a taxable pollutant, I'd like to know what is the cap on exhaling?

lol. I don't. I figure since we already create enough CO2 we don't need more. We need more trees tho. I see so many trees being cut down

@LucyWrites - I'm just comparing what we had to what we have. :) More vegetation would be nice. It thrives on CO2, plus it's pretty!
